Vitor has a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from ISCTE (The Higher Institute of Business and Labour Sciences) and another in Business Administration from the Portuguese Military Academy. He holds a postgraduate degree in Strategic Management from INDEG (Institute for the Development of Business Management) and a doctorate in Intangible Assets from IBS (ISCTE Business School). He has done a number of specialization courses in Financial Management, Capital Markets and Financial Auditing, some of which were done in the United States. He has been a Statutory Auditor since 1992 in a number of organizations and companies, including the Court of Auditors, the Portuguese Confederation of Tourism and the Wayfield Group. He has acted as an independent consultant for companies and economic groups in the areas of finance and strategy. He is a member of PRIMEGLOBAL, the world’s third largest network of independent consultants and financial auditors. He has taught regularly at OROC (the Institute of Statutory Auditors) and OTOC (the Institute of Chartered Accountants) since 1995, and has spoken in seminars on subjects related to accounting, finance, management control and corporate valuation. Since 1991, he has been a university lecturer in the areas of accounting, auditing and investment projects. Vitor has had opinion pieces published in the “Revista da OTOC” (the OTOC Journal) and the newspaper “OJE”, among others. He is a member of OTOC’s online consultancy forum and a former member of OROC’s Working Group on Sports.
Luís Augusto Sequeira
Luís has a bachelor’s degree in Finance (Higher Institute of Economics of the Technical University of Lisbon) and in Computer Engineering (Faculty of Science and Technology of the Universidade Nova de Lisboa). He has acted as a consultant and director for a number of state-run and private companies, while at the same time acting as a university lecturer since 1983. He has been a professor at the Portuguese Military Academy and at the Institute for Advanced Military Studies (Instituto de Altos Estudos Militares).
Luís was Secretary-General for National Defence (2005-2008) and Chairman of the Board of Directors of EPUL (the state-owned company for the urban development of Lisbon).
He is a member of the Order of Engineers and the Order of Economists.
Ana Rita Boavista
Ana has a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Taxation and Auditing from the Universidade Lusófona de Tecnologias e Humanidades (Lusophone University of Technology and Humanities). She holds a postgraduate degree in Fiscal Management from the Instituto Superior de Gestão (Higher Institute of Management). She is fluent in English, having completed courses at the prestigious Cambridge School and Wall Street Institute. She carries out auditing work within the framework of the first- and second-level control actions set out in the national control plan, with a particular focus on the POPH (Human Potential Operational Programme) and POFC (Competitiveness Factors Operational Programme).
Gonçalo Miguel Pinto
Gonçalo graduated in Management from ISCTE in 2011, and, in the 2008-2009 academic year, he participated in the ERASMUS programme at the Krakow University of Economics. He is fluent in English and Spanish. Gonçalo has a vast experience with, and great skill in using new information technologies, particularly MS Excel and Caseware IDEA, as a result of his having participated in the bachelor’s degree programme in Computer and Software Engineering at IST (the Higher Technical Institute of the Technical University of Lisbon). Recently he has specialized in database analysis and processing through his work with the Wayfield Group, the Central de Frutas do Painho (Painho Fruit Center) and the Portuguese Confederation of Tourism.
